Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Donna Cherie, DC Solutions Worldwide ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Services Provided
We offer services at www.donnacherie.com and https://donnacherie.mysamcart.com. Our services include personalized communication, teaching, sharing, guidance, and support tailored to your individual needs.

Client Responsibilities
You acknowledge that our services are for personal development and education purposes only and do not constitute therapy or medical treatment. You agree to actively participate in communicate honestly and openly, and take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared is strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with your explicit consent.

Payment and Refunds
Payment for services is required in advance and is non-refundable. We accept payment via Stripe and SamCart. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect sessions already paid for. You agree to pay back all payment for programs which allow for a payment plan even if the program is already completed. 

We do not issue refunds due to lack of attendance in service, scheduling conflicts, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. By signing up for this service, you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and that there will be no refunds issued.

If you have been permanently removed from any DC Solutions Worldwide programs due to non-payment, you are not eligible for good faith payment plans in the future. If you do decide to enroll in another program, you must pay-in-full and/or remit all payments prior to services or digital products being rendered. False chargebacks or disputes towards DC Solutions Worldwide via any payment processors are required to be paid back within 5 business days and can result in a permanent ban and block. 

Intellectual Property
All materials provided to you during sessions, programs, classes including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, processes, cheat sheets, slides, workbooks, and resources, are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without our permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the services.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the California.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
