Hello my Friends,

I hope this note finds you well and warm during the bustle of this holiday time. It feels like there is so much to be done, friends and family to love on, and the days are short short short. But the light will return, it begins to come back in less than 10 days from today. 

Let’s talk about the healing power of light. My business partner Julie and I have just opened Santa Cruz Light Therapy, that hosts FDA Cleared and medical grade LightStim™ LED Light full body treatment beds. Today is my fourth treatment since they were delivered (the guys had just delivered one to Steph Curry’s house, they were starstruck).

LED Light therapy is not new. There are hundreds of pubmed articles from studies that have been conducted on its efficacy. This is my anecdotal brief experience. The first two treatments felt good, but by the end of the day, my energy tanked and I had minimal detox symptoms. I have had inflammation in my body and knees since I was in my 50’s.
