My role is to decode the details, remove the guesswork, and help you feel confident and radiant in your own skin.

My mission is to guide you toward your healthiest, most radiant skin—without forcing change, but by creating safety, ease, and support. True skin health comes from restoring your skin’s natural intelligence. As a dedicated “skin geek,” I love analyzing ingredients and curating products. Together, we’ll design a program that respects both your skin and your budget—you may even discover you already own some of the best options.

How It Works
Step 1: Share Your Current Routine & Skin
Take clear photos of your clean face in natural light: front, both sides, neck, and décolleté.
Photograph your morning regimen products and evening regimen products.
Include photos of any occasional-use items (masks, exfoliants, etc.).
Provide a written list of all products in the photograph. 
Identify your primary skin concern (and a secondary, if applicable)

Step 2: Lifestyle Insights
Food & Water: Complete a 5-day food and drink diary (including takeout and water). You can write these on paper or use notes on your phone.
Exercise: Keep a 5-day exercise log.
Lifestyle: Overall mood each day, bedtime and rising time.
Optional: Indicate if you’d like to learn facial or lymphatic self-massage (taught separately).

Step 3: Coaching Sessions
Two Zoom consultations (15–30 minutes each).
Personalized program design tailored to your skin’s needs, your lifestyle, and your goals.
