I have the honor of meeting the most beautiful people in my work. They’re mostly women, and some men, some non binary, some close to my age (66), but a few youngins’ too. We’re productive, successful, working and retired. Most have grown children and grandchildren and are surrounded by friends and family and love. We are so blessed!!
I believe we have earned our faces and their structures. In this youth oriented, anti-aging culture, it is easy to get carried away with what we ‘should’ look like versus our wonderful, beautiful features we have earned.
If you want to improve your facial structure and surface, improve the underpinnings. My slogan is #moreflowmoreglow. This can be achieved through committed quality home care, infusing circulation techniques at least once a week (I do mine Sunday mornings), and please, get a facial every 8 weeks (an amazing NeoLift including buccal massage will give you a noticeable, visible boost), and desquamate every few months. This will lead to #healthyskin, your OWN healthy skin.
The simplest home care routine for healthy skin includes a minimum of three products.
A quality cleanser (I use Lira Clinical-with plant stem cells),
A moisturizer (again Lira Clinical-Caviar Creme, with caviar and no it doesn’t smell fishy), and
Protection (Lira Clinical Tinted Sunscreen 30SPF mineral based). Find one you don’t mind putting on and you will use it.
Besides that, there are a myriad of serums and treatments that can facilitate radiance and new cell emergence.
Most importantly though, twice a day, stay committed to the main three: cleanse, moisturize, and protect.
Your skin should feel good to you. Take your time and appreciate how it does such an amazing job of protecting us from outer threats. It is the most important organ, our first line of defense. #thankyourskin

What a beautiful message! I’m really enjoying my lira cleanser, serum, and moisturizers. sometimes I struggle with sticking with my beauty routine but when I’m ready, it’s so lovely to have the right tools to get the job done. Thank you, Donna!
